Rapid prototyping stands for the quick production of elements, not only prototype ones. Thanks to our Rapid prototyping by nexo proprietary technology, we are able to quickly deliver ready-made laminate elements.

Our technology consists in changing the method of producing the composite form, thanks to which we significantly shorten the production time of the finished product. The Rapid prototyping by nexo method can be used to produce short series of elements from laminates – these can be elements made of both polyester resin and epoxy resins containing carbon fiber.

In technology, we take advantage of all our knowledge – from CAD and CAM design, through CNC milling, production of composite molds, to finally obtain a high-quality laminate product.
