We start creating a model with a 3D CAD design and then process it into a program to be used with our CNC milling machines. After milling the model, we finish it in accordance with the customer's guidelines.

A model made of MDF, modeling foam, or other materials reproduces a shape that until that point was only a 3D geometry file, and thanks to our work it becomes a real object.

Taking advantage of a model prepared in this way, we can verify the design assumptions, obtain advertising or design elements, or create a composite form that will be used to produce laminate products for series or unit production.

Thanks to our Rapid Prototyping by nexo proprietary production technology, we can quickly create molds for small-batch production.
